I thought maybe we could post pictures(candid or professional) from shows we have been to. Here is one of our 2 year old, Cres-Or-Lar's Captain Jack at a local 4th of July show.

That is a great idea.

If you want to put a picture on, click on Img above, then you put the Url to it in between the tags.

This is my sweet little boy Al Capony, 7 years ago. He is retired now.

This is my big boy Heartland Stetson, he was very sick last winter but I think he is better now and is going to the show in Asheville in a couple of weeks.

The Asheville Invitational is July 20-21. You can see the class list at http://www.ashevilleinvitational.com

The Blue Ridge Classic follows that from Tuesday the 24th thru Saturday. Their website is http://www.blueridgeclassic.com.

Blue Ridge Classic is a REALLY big show, but has always been tons of fun. Asheville Invitational is smaller. Both shows are in the Western NC Ag Center.

Great idea Jana. That might be a good way to get more participation on this forum. By the way I like the looks of your two year old. What is his breeding?

My pony is by Mr. Amigo and out of Cres-Or-Lar's Bubbling Over. She is a granddaughter of Casillis Troubador.
How big is the Stetson pony? I like his look.

He is 15 this year. He's a Bandolier pony, his dam was Heartland Melody who was by Matchless Diamond who was by Carnation's King.
He has the Chinese eyes typical of the Bandolier ponies and the mysterious breathing problem, but on the good side was blessed with effortless motion, beautiful markings and the ability to put his head in a good place.
